We are searching for an experienced and ambitious Multicloud Delivery Manager to guide project delivery, and help us to lead in the multicloud solutions.
You could work on AWS, Azure, Google and OCI in a true hybrid and multicloud integration, from cloud strategy, governance model and foundation design, cloud readiness assessment and migration path design, cloud migration and Cloud Management Platform adoption.

YOUR MISSION
Delivery projects and lead team of Cloud Specialists;
Lead infrastructure & data center management optimization;
Manage relationship with internal customers;
Actively contribute to company management;
Contribute to improve skills of team;
Understanding the Why, focusing on the reasons and needs behind the transformation with Management and strategic stakeholders;
Defining and supporting the organization change and facilitating the adoption of new processes (operating models);
Designing and implementing the new Multicloud platform, selecting the rights CSP, tools and providers;
Managing the platform during the business as usual activities and working with all the stakeholders involved in order to maximize the efficacy of the multicloud journey.

KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
Experience on Design and Implement Cloud and Hybrid Architectures in at least one Cloud Solution Provider technolog;
Strong experience into system infrastructures, networking and security principles;
Capability to design BC and DR solution for cloud systems;
Project Management capabilities
Experience on drive a team;
Knowledge of administrating, configuring the most popular OS: Windows and Linux;
Knowledge of application servers and/or database servers administration are preferred;
Knowledge of scripting (bash, powershell, etc...).

Someone who want to:
Interface with C-level/Executives within the organization and to raise the level of interlocution from a pure technical point of view to a Management/Business one;
Develop business case and get approval from top management;
Design operative models for Multicloud transformation;
Deeply understand how companies works (financial metrics, Budgets, CAPEX/OPEX);
Collaborate with the different teams to accelerate adoption by qualifying opportunities, identifying services, and capturing requirements;
Coordinate with Delivery teams to develop staffing (internal and external resources) plans, estimate level of effort, and design project budgets to maintain a healthy financial goal.
