ENG - Pre-Trial Investigation department Internship - NPL

IFIS NPL, a company of the Banca IFIS Group, is looking for a brilliant intern , to join the Operations Team – in the Pre-Trial Investigation department.

The selected candidate will handle, alongside colleagues, the management of mainly secured and corporate positions relating to NPL portfolios and will be able to closely monitor the following activities:

• preliminary investigation and forecasting of cash flows based on the risk profile
identified and / or the company objectives set;
• monitoring of external law firms and / or credit collections companies;
• property valuation, property management and marketing.

The ideal candidate will have the following requirements:

• Law degree;
• good knowledge of general banking law with particular focus on bankruptcy and real
estate enforcement procedures;
• previous experience in law firms or in banking / business firms;
• strong result orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
